Éclat Royale Terms and Conditions

4. Vendor and Product Information

All products sold on Éclat Royale are provided by independent vendors. Product descriptions, images, and prices are supplied by vendors. Éclat Royale does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any vendor-provided content.

Buyers must review vendor-specific policies (including return and refund policies) before making a purchase.

5. Ordering, Payment, and Shipping

Orders:

When you place an order, you are entering into a contract directly with
the vendor. Éclat Royale is not a party to any transaction.

between you and Éclat Royale regarding your use of the Website, superseding all
prior agreements or understandings.
